New Problem
I've gotten really used to Weight Watchers. I really like the program. I have a problem though. I'm giving myself too many "cheat" days. I splurged for Steve's suprise party, I will splurge tomorrow for the Super Bowl, and I splurged last weekend for the High Ideals weekend and the great hotel breakfast buffet. It's messed up. I bust my butt all day trying to be good and then ruin it with one meal. I need to quit doing that. If I'm going to be successful, I have to be on this diet 24/7 (with maybe a cheat day every once in a while rather than every weekend).

have you found regular times to work out yet? If you go over your points just bust your ass harder the next day in the gym. That might make you feel better about it at least and work some of it off.
Hey man, I agree with the person above you. If you go over on what you want then you have to work harder to make up for it. When people are on my diet, if they want extras on what they eat it is a mile run. So if you have a sandwhich, if you add mayo and other dressings that is a mile. If you want chips that is another, soft drink, you guessed it another. Pretty soon you don't want to cheat because you know you have to burn it off, and realizing how much work it is just to burn 100cal makes it a little easier to do.
And i would love to have you come work out in the morning, that way your metabolism is up for the whole day. And if you cheat during the day you just have to do more cadio at night.
Oh one more quick tip, if you get a sweet touth late a night, just brush your teeth, normally that will distract you enough, or one your done you wont feel like eating, at least i don't.
Time to put forth that effort.
